Angela Evelyn Bassett was born in America. in the television and film business, she is famous for her numerous nominations and awards. Bassett was born in Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an Aunt who lived in New York New York. Bassett's mother had split from her father when she was about five. Bassett and her younger sister relocated from the city of St. Petersburg Florida with their mother. Bassett decided to be an actress after she saw the stage play Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, starring James Earl Jones. She attended Yale University New Haven Connecticut and graduated with a bachelor's degree (1980) with a major in African American studies and a master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. They were married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. The Yale School of Drama awarded an M.A. in Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in the year 1980. She was a student at the school following: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for seventh graders, Azalea Middle School for 8th & 9th grades as well as Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working in one of the lead parts as Ramonda in the action-adventure movie i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
